The ambience had a rustic charm that some might find appealing. The outdoor pools provided a nice space to unwind amidst the lush surroundings.

The overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I found the fridge unclean and unplugged, giving off a strong odor. The bathrooms were poorly maintained with a persistent, unpleasant smell. Internet connectivity was spotty, and the breakfast options lacked variety.

this hotel was excellent base for exploring ubud, loved it and property's extremely friendly and best staff especially of the manager. the double room i stayed in was brand-new with good view of the garden. the location was perfect and nice, at a moderate distance from pura. and the area was interesting, near to the center of ubud as well as nice leafy garden.

We had a bit of a mix-up with the water, but the staff sorted us out and moved us to a neighboring villa that was super cozy. Loved the refillable water station. The picnic area was a nice touch, too. Just wish breakfast had a bit more variety. It was pretty basic. Plus, the bugs were annoying at night with that open toilet concept.
